Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Gotso (the "service"), run by Yugam Labs, Chennai, 600014, India. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Gotso helps you sort trip photos, lay them out as a photo book, create a cover with AI, and order printed copies. Sorting and laying out pages run in your browser and need no account. AI features and orders need an account, which you open with your email address.

Your photos and content

• You keep all rights to your photos and words. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service: to paint covers, edit pages, and print your book.
• You confirm you have the right to use every photo you add, including photos of other people.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or content that infringes anyone's rights. We may refuse to print such content.

Printed books

• We print your book exactly as it appears in the studio at the time you order. Please check spelling, photos, and layout in Preview first.
• Colours on paper can differ slightly from your screen.
• Prices include GST and are shown before you pay. Shipping is covered in our shipping policy, and refunds in our refund policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order or credits concerned. Keep your own copies of your photos; the studio stores your work in your browser, which can be cleared.
